Easter Virus

Easter Bunny

This Easter was an unusual one because of the Chinese Virus, but it was still fun. Some things were quite different and others were the same. It was definitely a special kind of Easter, even though I couldn’t visit my friends or family.

How was it different?

Easter was very different this year in many ways. First, I couldn’t visit my family in New Hampshire. Also, we had to buy our Easter dinner instead of having Meme cook the dinner herself (she’s like a cooking machine, if you catch my drift). Another thing that was different was the Easter dessert. We had to eat cake from the restaurant instead of Meme making her famous pies.

What was the same?

Easter was also a little bit similar to previous years in some ways. For instance, we still had an Easter Egg Hunt (even though the eggs were filled with money instead of candy). We also got Easter baskets full of candy and toys. Another similarity was that we still got to see our family, even though it was on a video app called Zoom.

Final thoughts about Easter Virus

This Easter, we got toys like Legos and Dragamonz and other stuff. We got money from our Easter eggs (I got $12.00, but my brother got $0.78 more than me). We also spent time with our family. So, I guess maybe it was a pretty good Easter after all.
