Today I learned that compounds are two or more different types of atoms electrically bonded together to make a new kind of substance. For instance, when you mix 2 Hydrogen and 1 Oxygen atom together, you end up with Water.

I also watched an episode of Nailed It, where three contestants had to recreate a shiny, ginormous and impossible sphinx cake! They tried to do it, but they failed, miserably. It was so sad.

Today I also read more of my book called The Magician, where two kids are said to be part of a great prophecy that can end the world as we know it. Now two kids, a warrior and an alchemist must find the codex an artifact that holds the secret to eternal life, but can also destroy it.
